The 2010 Census will begin in April. Every ten years, it is required that every person living in the United States be counted; citizen or not, legal or undocumented, homeless or housed.
The form will be only 10 questions, and should take only about 5-10 minutes to complete. It is very important that an accurate count is given, because the numbers provided will help determine how much money Indiana will receive from the government for education, transportation, healthcare, agriculture and other vital services. The Census is also used to assess future housing needs.
