Well, even though the Hilbert Mansion has an offer on it, there are still plenty of mansions to choose from if you are in the market for one. In searching MIBOR’s BLC system (The Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of Realtor’s Broker Listing Cooperative) I found 244 residential listings that are priced over $1 million. To me, anything over a million qualifies as a mansion, even many below that mark astound me!

The highest priced listing currently available: 5639 West Rohr Road, in Montezuma, IN is priced at $27,500,000. This horse farm features 25.5 acres, including an insulated barn with stalls, a 4-acre fenced pasture, a 3 bedroom, 2,270 Sq. Foot Cape Cod home is on the property, it has a great deck, a basement and a jacuzzi tub in the master bath.
