I always ask my sellers what they love most about their house. I like to be sure to put it into the advertising because I figure that if that is something they fell in love with, then maybe potential buyers will love the same feature.
In my house, it was the loft at the top of the stairs. It makes a perfect playroom for the kids, and as they continue to grow it will be a great family room.
