Well, even though the Hilbert Mansion has an offer on it, there are still plenty of mansions to choose from if you are in the market for one. In searching MIBOR’s BLC system (The Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of Realtor’s Broker Listing Cooperative) I found 244 residential listings that are priced over $1 million. To me, anything over a million qualifies as a mansion, even many below that mark astound me!

Here are some highlights, call me for more info!

The highest priced listing currently available: 5639 West Rohr Road, in Montezuma, IN is priced at $27,500,000. This horse farm features 25.5 acres, including an insulated barn with stalls, a 4-acre fenced pasture, a 3 bedroom, 2,270 Sq. Foot Cape Cod home is on the property, it has a great deck, a basement and a jacuzzi tub in the master bath. 14301 113th Street, Fortville, IN, is truly a MANSION in every sense of the word, with 6 bedrooms and over 20,600 Sq. Ft., this home is nothing but luxurious. Almost 6 acres on the waterfront of Geist Lake, multiple decks, pool with pool house of course, tennis court, stocked pond… and those are just some of the features found OUTSIDE! Inside you will find a gourmet kitchen, a huge master bedroom with dressing areas and fireplace, a garden room, formal living and dining rooms, a finished, walkout basement, and much more I’m sure. Somewhere in Noblesville, you find find this home, the owner prefers to keep the address confidential for now. As you can see, it is a fabulous mansion. Inside you will find over 10,000 square feet, 4 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms. This lakefront estate also features a wine cellar, catering kitchen, theater room, wine cellar, and a professional workout room with custom shower, sauna, and steam room! For only $3.5 Million, you could live here.

On Panthera Leo Drive in Carmel is a home that will truly WOW you. This one comes with a guest house, nanny quarters, and a 7 car garage.   1. I saw a blog where they were named for the third year most affordable city. Guess thats on the otherside of town. Some beautiful mansions for sure.

    Yes, indianapolis is consistently ranked as the most affordable city to live in, but that doesn’t mean we don’t have our fair share of mansions too!

  3. I used to live in Indy (in Carmel), so it was fun to see the mansions that are selling there now–especially that gorgeous house in Carmel. Thanks for linking to all of the biggest and best–saved me a lot of time trolling through the MLS like I usually do, snooping at all the big houses.
